Role Overview

Located in Jeddah, this full-time on-site role of Restaurant Supervisor entails overseeing the daily operations of restaurant venues. The incumbent will manage front-of-house staff supervision, ensure compliance with food and beverage quality standards, and maintain service excellence. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, supporting training and coaching initiatives, and addressing guest feedback to uphold high customer satisfaction. Additional duties involve monitoring cleanliness and safety standards, assisting with inventory oversight, and collaborating with management on service enhancement projects. Coordination with other park departments is essential to guarantee a seamless guest experience throughout the facility.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated supervisory capabilities involving team leadership and shift coordination.
• Strong customer service focus oriented towards ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Effective communication skills for engaging with guests, team members, and leadership.
• Fundamental knowledge of food and beverage operations including basic food safety and service protocols.
