About the Role
We are seeking lively, customer-oriented, and collaborative individuals to become part of our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) team. The appointed staff will be instrumental in the smooth functioning of the restaurant, consistently delivering exceptional customer service while upholding food quality and hygiene protocols.
Key Duties
- Welcome customers warmly and accurately record their orders.
- Efficiently process orders ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, or grievances in a courteous and effective manner.
- Prepare menu items strictly adhering to established recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
- Uphold stringent food safety and cleanliness standards within the kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations during busy periods.
- Ensure prompt service and timely delivery of orders to customers.
