Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders through workshops and interviews to identify and define detailed business requirements.
• Convert business objectives into practical documentation such as user stories, functional specifications, and process diagrams.
• Serve as the main contact between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
• Leverage data analysis to support business decisions and the creation of health-focused programs.
• Document 'as-is' and 'to-be' business processes to pinpoint areas for process improvement.
• Participate throughout project lifecycles, including requirement validation, solution testing, and managing changes.
• Present complex information in an accessible manner for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in a Business Analyst or comparable analytical role.
• Exceptional analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Strong skills in written and verbal communication, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Experienced in requirements gathering, mapping processes, and detailed documentation.
• Self-directed and reliable, with a proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is highly desirable.
• Industry background in healthcare, wellness, or technology is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
