Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Oversee and allocate duties while managing daily business operations effectively.
• Recruit, train, inspire, and mentor team members to deliver exceptional and efficient customer services.
• Evaluate employee performance and facilitate continuous development through feedback and training sessions.
• Address and resolve any disputes or complaints raised by customers or staff promptly.
• Supervise workplace activities to ensure adequate staffing and resources are in place.
• Examine workflows and data to design improved strategies and processes for better operational efficiency.
• Set and accomplish targets related to business growth and profitability.
• Maintain a professional and presentable business environment, including appropriate signage and displays.
• Prepare and deliver reports conveying business metrics and insights to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and standard operating procedures by the team.
• Perform additional duties aimed at sustaining and enhancing the business’s well-being and success.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates with a graduation degree, preferably a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), are encouraged to apply.
