Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust connections with existing clients, thoroughly understanding their requirements and addressing their inquiries efficiently.
• Identify and acquire potential leads for various loan products including Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, and Loans Against Property (LAP).
• Drive business growth by promoting loan products and services to prospective clients, following up rigorously to meet monthly sales targets and achieve attractive incentives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in the local language Tamil is essential to communicate effectively with clients.
• Strong command of English and excellent persuasion abilities to confidently convey ideas and convince clients.
• Possession of a valid driving license and availability of a motorcycle preferred for client visits and related travel.
