Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of residents to establish and prioritize care needs.
• Administer medications and treatments strictly adhering to NMC standards and organisational medication policies.
• Maintain and update residents' care plans, working closely with them, their families, and healthcare professionals.
• Monitor residents' health conditions, promptly reporting any concerns and coordinating GP or specialist visits when required.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• Valid Registered Nurse qualification with an active NMC registration (minimum one year preferred).
• Experience working within care environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Strong leadership and time management capabilities.
