About the Role
The Recruiting Coordination team specializes in delivering exceptional candidate care. We are a global, versatile group collaborating closely with talent acquisition partners to ensure a seamless candidate interview experience.
The Recruiting Coordinator manages interview scheduling, logistical arrangements, and all aspects of candidate support for both internal and external applicants. This role requires partnering directly with hiring managers, candidates, and recruiters to manage scheduling details competently. Exceptional multitasking ability, organizational skills, and confidentiality are vital to thrive in a fast-moving, high-demand setting with frequent change.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide scheduling and logistic support for multiple recruiters and business units across the Asia-Pacific region.
- Strive to meet or surpass monthly scheduling targets and analyze trends influencing service level agreement performance.
- Assist in organizing recruiting drives globally, coordinating multiple interviews across one or several days.
- Participate in programmatic projects or initiatives aimed at supporting business requirements.
- Take initiative to become an expert in scheduling procedures.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all candidate information throughout the recruitment process.
- Build collaborative, trust-based partnerships with global peers and recruiting teams.
- Adapt swiftly and creatively resolve issues arising from changes or reschedules.
- Deliver an exceptional interview experience consistently, whether virtual or onsite at offices.
- Use metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain ongoing communication with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure excellent scheduling experiences.

- Develop and enhance the Recruiting Coordinator team’s brand by maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Support onboarding and training of new team members throughout the year and lead knowledge-sharing sessions globally.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in Human Resources, customer-facing roles, or related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
- Experience thriving in fast-paced environments with strong prioritization and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building competencies.
- Proactive team player with attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
- Innovative problem solver, adaptable and responsive to change.
- Exhibit professional demeanor and strong customer service focus.
