Role overview
This opening is for a Mechanical Quality Engineer in Bengaluru. The position is centered on in-process and final job inspection, with a strong emphasis on maintaining precision and product quality across mechanical components.
What you will do
- Carry out detailed inspections of mechanical components and finished jobs.
- Review technical drawings and interpret GD&T requirements accurately.
- Measure parts using inspection tools such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and related instruments.
- Document inspection findings and maintain reports for quality tracking.
- Identify non-conformities and manage NCR-related follow-up.
What we are looking for
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
- Ability to understand engineering drawings and dimensional tolerances.
- Hands-on familiarity with common mechanical inspection equipment.
- Attention to detail and a structured approach to inspection work.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience; motivated freshers with strong skills are also welcome.
Compensation
The monthly pay is stated as ₹18,000 to ₹25,000.
Education requirement
Applicants should have a BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
