Role Overview

As a Quality Assurance Specialist at TeleClinic, you will take a strategic leadership role within our AI-first Software Development Lifecycle (AI-SDLC). Rather than focusing on heavy implementation, your core responsibility is ensuring that the appropriate tests are defined and executed to maintain quality and scalability. AI handles the automated test creation, while you oversee the integrity of the testing process and manual verification.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with developers and product managers to enhance product quality and user satisfaction.
• Conduct manual testing for both single-page and desktop applications to guarantee high standards.
• Design and maintain comprehensive test plans for web and mobile platforms.
• Evaluate test outcomes and systematically document findings, defects, tickets, and reports.
• Assist in managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
• Coordinate with product managers to communicate and prioritize bugs and necessary improvements.
• Develop and refine automated and continuous testing frameworks, and outline quality gates for AI-generated tests.
• Provide visualization tools such as dashboards and tickets to track testing status and efforts.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in crafting automated test cases to boost test efficiency and reliability.
• Practical familiarity with automated testing tools, especially for React applications, including frameworks like Playwright or Cypress.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong emphasis on delivering great user experiences.
• A proactive learner capable of quickly mastering new topics and technologies.
• Self-motivated with an organized, independent, and solution-driven work approach.
• Passionate about innovation and deeply committed to maintaining quality standards.
• Experience working with development teams in agile settings and proficient with QA/software tools such as Jira, Confluence, Sentry, and Datadog.
