About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Specialist to join our expanding team, playing a crucial role in upholding the highest levels of adviser quality, compliance, and client protection throughout our organisation.
This position suits candidates with a background in financial services compliance or quality assurance who thrive in dynamic environments and value accuracy, organisation, and adherence to best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine adviser documentation, suitability reports, and case submissions to verify adherence to quality and compliance standards.
- Authenticate adviser licenses and regulatory credentials.
- Assist in case triage and monitoring using Salesforce and other workflow tools.
- Generate and assess quotations for Life Insurance, Protection, and Long-Term Care products.
- Identify any inconsistencies, missing data, or compliance risks within cases.
- Stay well-informed on financial products, regulations, and internal procedures.
- Collaborate closely with advisers and other teams to foster operational excellence.
Qualifications and Experience
- Exceptional organisation skills coupled with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in financial services, compliance, paraplanning, or quality assurance roles.
- Familiarity with complex financial products and relevant documentation.
- Able to juggle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Proactive mindset, team-oriented, and focus on solution delivery.
- Commitment to upholding high standards and securing client outcomes.
Expertise with Salesforce, workflow management platforms, and financial products such as investments, pensions, protection, and retirement planning is highly desirable.
