Quality Analyst (Retail) - Remote Contract at $15.3/hr

Position Overview

This opportunity is for a United States-based AI Analyst specializing in retail. The position is a short-term contractor role lasting approximately 20 weeks, compensated at $15.3 per hour. Work is conducted remotely with a commitment of up to 40 hours per week, requiring a minimum overlap of 4 hours with Pacific Standard Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze AI-generated responses leveraging data from Google Workspace tools.
• Review outputs to ensure they are accurate, contextually relevant, personalized, and thorough.
• Detect any missing information, inaccuracies, or irrelevant answers.
• Provide clear, structured feedback and submit evaluations systematically.
• Comply with project-specific guidelines and quality benchmarks during evaluations.
• Ensure strict confidentiality and data privacy throughout the engagement.

Candidate Requirements

• Substantial experience in analytical, evaluative, or knowledge-centric roles.
• Residency within the United States.
• Active and proficient use of Google Workspace, specifically Gmail as your main email.
• Regular use of Google Drive, Calendar, Chat, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Meet applications.
• Exceptional analytical abilities, critical thinking, and written communication skills.
• Comfort with assessing AI-generated content following defined evaluation protocols.
• Willingness to provide necessary Google Workspace permissions and maintain the required hours with PST overlap.
