Role Overview
We are looking for a full-time Quality Analyst to evaluate an innovative AI personalization feature. You will assess how effectively the AI integrates information from various personal data sources such as past conversations, emails, search history, and activity to generate relevant responses. The position involves a blend of creative prompt creation and detailed analytical review of AI-generated outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess the quality of AI-generated personalized responses using your own experiences as context.
- Create inventive, multi-turn prompts to challenge the AI’s ability to accurately combine data from diverse personal sources.
- Evaluate responses for accuracy, integration consistency, and helpfulness, spotting any incorrect personalization or forced associations.
- Compare side-by-side AI responses to identify subtle differences in relevance and correctness.
- Deliver thorough feedback to refine the AI’s personalization performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent English reading and writing proficiency.
- Experience with prompt engineering or creating test cases for AI models.
- Strong analytical skills to scrutinize nuanced and ambiguous AI outputs.
- Understanding of personalization concepts and evaluation metrics in AI systems.
- High attention to detail for detecting subtle errors in AI responses.
- Willingness to use personal Google account and activate data sources for testing.
- Availability for full-time work in your local time zone to support a 24-hour global team.
