Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Python Backend Developer proficient in Azure-based REST API microservice development to join our Bengaluru East team. The role involves creating and maintaining backend services with a focus on scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based microservices using Azure REST APIs.
- Perform validation tests and troubleshoot system issues to ensure platform reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware, software, and networking elements effectively.
- Manage large data ingestion workflows using Kafka.
- Work with cloud-based data engineering platforms such as Databricks.
- Utilize version control tools like Git for managing codebase.
- Implement containerization solutions using Docker.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in Python and developing microservices with Azure REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka for large scale data ingestion.
- Familiarity with Databricks or comparable cloud-based data engineering tools.
- Proficient in version control systems such as Git.
- Experience with Docker containerization.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts considered advantageous.
