Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and oversee their fulfillment.
• Coordinate closely with suppliers to ensure prompt delivery and order completion.
• Work with freight forwarders to arrange collections and deliveries.
• Maintain and update the inventory database regularly.
• Monitor stock levels and plan for timely replenishment.
• Support periodic stocktaking activities.
• Ensure accurate filing and documentation of records.

Requirements

• Proficient computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication abilities coupled with effective interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Detail-oriented, methodical, and organized in work habits.
• Competent in multitasking and maintaining performance under pressure.
• Minimum two years’ experience in sales coordination or related roles.
