Role Overview

The Public Relations Executive position is a full-time, on-location role situated in Bhopal. The selected individual will be responsible for strategizing and implementing public relations initiatives aimed at boosting the company's brand prominence and reputation in the agrochemical and farming industries. Daily tasks include composing and disseminating press releases, fostering and maintaining media relations, coordinating interviews, events, and briefings, as well as monitoring media presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Create and distribute press materials effectively to various media outlets.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with journalists and media platforms.
• Organize interviews, media events, and briefings to communicate key messages.
• Track and analyze media coverage, preparing comprehensive reports.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrated skills in public and media relations with experience managing journalist and media contacts.
• Strong writing capabilities, including crafting clear and compelling press releases targeted toward diverse audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confident presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with agricultural or agrochemical sector trends or a readiness to quickly learn industry-specific topics.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related disciplines.
• Ability to work onsite at Bhopal and handle multiple projects under tight deadlines within a dynamic environment.
• Previous experience with digital PR tools, social media platforms, and fundamental analytics to monitor campaign effectiveness is an advantage.
