Role Overview

We are expanding our Support at Home services and inviting applications for a full-time Provider Coordinator position based in Perth. This role involves managing the provider network for clinical and non-clinical services, establishing strong provider relationships, supporting onboarding and contractual processes, overseeing performance and compliance, and fostering the delivery of cost-effective, quality healthcare to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate Amplar Health's network of healthcare providers.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with providers.
• Assist in onboarding and contracting for new providers.
• Monitor provider performance and ensure compliance standards are met.
• Improve operational processes through problem-solving and continuous enhancement initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience in aged care, provider management, or related healthcare settings.
• Skilled in relationship development and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiar with contracts, compliance, governance, and service coordination.
• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting data to inform decisions and improve performance.
• Proficient in administration, IT tools, and CRM systems.
