Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Project Officer to aid in the execution of strategic projects by coordinating tasks, managing project records, and ensuring seamless daily operations across various projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily project execution under guidance from Project Manager and Specialists.
- Develop comprehensive project documentation such as charters, briefs, presentations, frameworks, trackers, and minutes.
- Maintain version control, logs, and the team's knowledge base for project materials.
- Support procurement processes, including vendor management and follow-ups.
- Arrange project schedules, meetings, logistics, and monitor action items across different workstreams.
- Conduct research and analysis to help prepare reports and presentation content for leadership.
Qualifications and Experience
- 2 to 3 years of experience in roles related to project coordination, business, consulting, or professional services.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related fields from a recognized university.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Experience handling projects with multiple stakeholders is advantageous.
- Background in fast-paced environments such as consulting or investment banking internships is highly valued.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating quality business documents.
- Exposure to Abu Dhabi or broader GCC markets is a plus.
