Project Manager

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed documentation related to ongoing projects, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded.
• Define project scopes and objectives by collaborating with all stakeholders and confirming technical feasibility.
• Create comprehensive project plans that monitor progress and facilitate resource allocation efficiently.
• Apply suitable verification methods to control modifications in project scope, schedule, and costs while tracking project performance using appropriate tools and systems.
• Escalate issues and provide regular reports to management when required.
• Build and sustain positive and effective relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement risk management strategies to reduce potential project risks.

Educational Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree or an equivalent qualification is necessary.
• Preferably hold ITIL and PMP certifications.

Technical Expertise

• Strong understanding of project management principles, particularly within Data Center projects and Managed IT Services.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Cloud Computing, Windows, Unix, Networking, Storage, and Security Solutions along with relevant concepts.

Interpersonal Abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Effective conflict resolution skills.
• Familiarity with the services and products offered and their application scope.
