Project Manager / Escalation Support

Role Overview

The Project Manager / Escalation Support professional oversees comprehensive project coordination, manages stakeholder relationships, and ensures adherence to operational governance standards. This role requires active communication with Ooredoo stakeholders, supervision of HR and administrative logistics, and guarantees compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations. Additionally, the position entails handling high-level incident escalations and providing management support, often from an off-site or on-call capacity, to maintain uninterrupted service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and manage communications with key stakeholders.
• Oversee HR coordination and administrative operational logistics.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, regulations, and governance policies.
• Manage escalation processes for operational incidents and provide final-level support.
• Support operational teams by being available for on-call duties beyond regular hours.

Critical Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, operations management, or service delivery roles.
• Proven experience in managing client relationships and stakeholder communications effectively.
• Deep understanding of operational compliance and governance frameworks.
• Expertise in incident management and handling escalations at advanced levels.
• Familiarity with HR processes and workforce management coordination.
• Strong leadership, organizational capabilities, and planning proficiency.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure and deliver timely responses.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and project management applications.
• Flexibility to work on an on-call basis supporting operational teams outside of standard hours.

Additional Information

Location: Doha, Qatar. The role primarily functions onsite with certain off-site or on-call responsibilities.
