Project Manager - AI Presentation Training (Remote, Part-Time)

Opportunity Overview

We are collaborating with a prominent foundational AI research lab to recruit seasoned project managers to assist in training their newest language model, specifically focusing on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

Role Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience managing cross-functional programs and handling executive reporting cycles. Your role will involve creating, assessing, and enhancing AI-produced presentations and slide decks related to key workflows such as steering committee decks, program status updates, risk and dependency visualizations, milestone review presentations, executive escalation summaries, and portfolio review documents.

Compensation & Commitment

This is a flexible, remote position with a compensation rate of $70 per hour. Expected work commitment ranges from 5 to 20 hours weekly, with the option to increase hours if desired. The position is available immediately.

Candidate Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in program management or leadership within a Program Management Office (PMO) at a notable organization.
• Proven track record managing an executive reporting schedule or steering committee cadence.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint with exceptional slide design capabilities, outstanding written communication, and meticulous attention to detail.
