We are assembling a technology-driven and customer-centric team aimed at scaling operations, streamlining delivery, and enhancing every interaction.

Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete project lifecycle for valuable residential bathroom renovation projects, from initial client engagement through installation and follow-up.
• Facilitate coordination across design, logistics, production, and installation teams to guarantee timely, budget-compliant, and specification-adherent delivery.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and scope adjustments using project management platforms like Asana, Trello, or comparable tools, providing real-time updates to stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, proactively addressing issues, managing expectations, and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as on-time delivery, budget adherence, and Net Promoter Score, generating reports to optimize operational effectiveness.
• Detect process bottlenecks in the customer experience and collaborate with product and operations teams to implement scalable improvements.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficient in project management applications including Asana, Trello, Jira, and MS Project.
• Experienced with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
• Ability to map customer journeys effectively.
• Preferred experience in home improvement, construction, or remodeling sectors.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification advantageous.
• Knowledge of Smartsheet or ClickUp preferred.
