Role Overview

The organization is seeking expressions of interest from senior professionals for a Project Director position focused on construction supervision for major infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia. This is a leadership role for an experienced project delivery expert who can guide complex assignments and help shape future initiatives.

What You Will Lead

• Direct the full lifecycle delivery of large infrastructure projects, from initiation through closeout.
• Set direction for multidisciplinary teams covering engineering, construction supervision, commercial management, and project controls.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, public authorities, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Keep project outcomes aligned with schedule, budget, quality, safety, and contract obligations.
• Track performance, evaluate risks and opportunities, and put mitigation actions in place when needed.
• Manage contract administration, commercial matters, and claims-related resolution.
• Ensure adherence to relevant laws, standards, and governance requirements.
• Promote better ways of working through innovation and continuous improvement across teams.
• Contribute to business growth through client engagement, proposals, and strategic development efforts.

Candidate Profile

• A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 20 years of experience in major infrastructure delivery is needed, including substantial exposure to construction supervision and project leadership.
• Applicants should have a strong record of leading complex infrastructure programs and cross-functional teams successfully.
• Solid knowledge of project management, construction supervision, contract administration, commercial practices, and project controls is expected.
• Senior-level client and stakeholder management experience is essential.
• Prior work in international consultancy settings is highly desirable.
• Experience on GCC and Saudi Arabia projects is strongly preferred.
• Professional credentials such as PMP, chartership, or an equivalent qualification would be an advantage.
