Job description

Role Overview

As a Project Developer, you will play a crucial role in evaluating development opportunities and optimising large-scale construction projects. The position involves conceptualising and delivering property projects and neighbourhood developments, overseeing project coordination, management, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluating potential for development and improving large-scale construction initiatives.
  • Designing and implementing property and neighbourhood development projects.
  • Coordinating, optimising, and managing construction project workflows.
  • Acting as the client’s representative when interacting with contractors, designers, authorities, and local residents.
  • Supervising project partners and contractors.
  • Making proactive decisions to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Monitoring project performance through controlling and reporting activities.
  • Ensuring a seamless transition of projects into operations, marketing, and portfolio management phases.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Significant professional experience in a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of HOAI, AHO, VOB, and VgV frameworks.
  • Proficiency with MS Project and MS Office software.
  • Previous involvement in executed neighbourhood development projects is preferred.
  • Confident, clear, and engaging communication style.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, organisational strength, and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Self-driven, reliable, and methodical approach to work.
