Project Coordinator

Role overview

Infoplus Technologies UK Limited is looking for a proactive, detail-focused German onsite coordinator to act as the main link between the client’s German location and offshore/global teams. The role is centered on keeping communication clear, aligning project activities, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations while managing expectations across stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the central contact for coordination between onsite stakeholders and offshore teams.
• Plan and align project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple teams.
• Support smooth communication in both German and English so requirements are clearly understood.
• Collect, record, and verify business as well as technical requirements.
• Monitor project status and share timely progress updates with stakeholders.
• Spot risks and issues early and help coordinate appropriate mitigation actions.
• Assist with planning, scheduling, and allocation of resources.
• Take part in and help run client meetings, workshops, and presentations.
• Make sure project governance, quality expectations, and process standards are followed.
• Contribute to change initiatives and ongoing process improvements.

Required qualifications

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• German fluency at C1/C2 level, along with strong English proficiency.
• 5–8 years of experience in onsite coordination, project coordination, or client-facing responsibilities.
• Good working knowledge of project delivery methods such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Comfort working across cultures and with cross-functional teams.
• Solid organization and problem-solving skills.

Preferred skills

• Background in IT services, consulting, or engineering settings.
• Exposure to tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or ServiceNow.
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with offshore delivery models.
