Project Coordinator / Project Manager

About the Role

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. (SGA) is currently seeking a Project Coordinator/Project Manager for a contract-to-hire opportunity supporting a leading client in the Health and Medical sector. This position is fully remote and requires expertise in healthcare, specifically familiarity with Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) operations.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will take on multiple roles, assisting with the integration following the client's recent acquisition of another company. Duties include managing change initiatives, utilizing JIRA for project tracking, delivering various reports, and handling multiple project workflows across streams. Experience working with AI tools licensed for enterprise use such as Claude, CoPilot, or Gemini will be a distinct advantage. Knowledge of SOC2 compliance frameworks is also highly valued.
