Production Manager

Role Overview

This position is a part-time, remote Production Manager role tasked with directing the planning and execution of media and content production activities across the UAE Football Network's various channels. The individual will handle coordination of schedules, allocation of resources, and management of production workflows for video, audio, and digital materials, guaranteeing timely delivery that meets brand standards and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules and resources efficiently to manage video, audio, and digital content production.
• Work closely with creative teams, marketing personnel, and football operations departments to outline production requirements and keep project timelines on track.
• Monitor and resolve any issues arising during pre-production, production, and post-production stages.
• Maintain proper documentation and budget tracking for all projects.
• Develop and apply streamlined production processes to support sustainable growth.
• Participate in regular virtual meetings and coordinate efforts across multiple time zones.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven background in managing media or content production, including scheduling and supervising end-to-end workflows.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities capable of juggling multiple projects within a remote work setup.
• Knowledgeable about various digital content types such as videos, social media posts, live streams, and podcasts, along with a basic grasp of production tools commonly employed in sports or media sectors.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to effectively engage with creative, technical, and sports-related stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with strong decision-making skills and flexibility to handle changing priorities in a dynamic international environment.
• Passion for football and sports media; experience in sports production or collaborations with football entities is favorable.
• Educational background or specialized training in media production, communications, sports management, or related disciplines is advantageous, though equivalent industry experience is valuable.
