Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently operate manufacturing equipment.
• Perform packaging duties as specified for various products.
• Conduct preventive maintenance including cleaning of equipment and facilities.
• Handle the movement of raw materials and finished goods as necessary.
• Accept responsibility and accountability for safety and continuous improvement in duties.
• Undertake other tasks assigned by the Production Frontline Leader.

Qualifications

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent education.
• Mechanical or electrical certification is advantageous.
• Previous production experience is beneficial.
• Knowledge of food processing or Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is preferred.
• Capability to work in a unionized setting.
• Flexibility to work all required shifts.
