Role Overview

We seek a dedicated Product Manager based in the EU who possesses a blend of product ownership, data analysis, and customer engagement skills. This role extends beyond conventional desk work, requiring meaningful interaction with clients, including site visits to industrial plants to observe product usage firsthand and identify avenues for increased value creation.

You will act as a crucial liaison connecting customers with our engineering, AI, operations, and commercial teams. Your responsibilities will include discerning scalable needs from isolated customer requests and translating key opportunities into prioritized, detailed product specifications. This role combines facets of product management, analytics, and customer success, ensuring the product not only meets developmental goals but also achieves high adoption and value realization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with current customers to gain deep insights into their product usage.
