Position Overview
We are seeking a Process Assurance Operator to join our Carrick-on-Shannon facility. This role involves working in a modern Cleanroom environment to produce medical devices that positively impact patients' lives. The operator will follow established procedures and quality standards while performing product checks, process inspections, and adjustments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture high-quality medical devices with attention to detail and adherence to standards.
- Operate within a modern Cleanroom setting, following strict procedures.
- Conduct basic product and in-process quality inspections with full training provided.
- Make process adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality and operational efficiency.
- Assist with product changeovers and initiatives to reduce manufacturing waste.
- Identify and report product or process deviations; participate in problem-solving and investigations as needed.
- Contribute to corrective actions and continuous improvement activities.
- Complete all required internal training to support learning and development.
- Adhere to Health & Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and environmental protocols to ensure workplace safety.
Qualifications and Requirements
- No previous experience necessary; this is an ideal opportunity to begin a career in medical device manufacturing.
- Basic educational qualification with a readiness to learn and work in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Strong focus on detail and quality in work tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of following established procedures consistently.
