Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Print Technician to join our Sunshine Coast team based in Maroochydore. This role centers on providing high-quality print support within our Managed IT and Print customer base. As part of this role, you'll handle installations, device maintenance, troubleshooting, and support efforts to ensure minimal downtime and optimal print performance for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide print device support both onsite and remotely, including software-related issues.
• Perform repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance on various print devices.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and dependable service.
• Adhere to service level agreement (SLA) requirements and established service delivery protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of job documentation, system updates, and stock inventory.
• Identify and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience as a Print Technician or in a similar technical support capacity.
• Competent in diagnosing and repairing multifunction printers and diverse print devices.
• Strong grasp of print-related software and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with IT environments is advantageous.
• Experience in high-volume production print settings is valued.
• Working knowledge of Konica Minolta and Kyocera printing devices and solutions is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical issues effectively to clients.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality work outcomes.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Must hold a current and valid driver's license.
• Possession of a Blue Card or eligibility to obtain one (required for working with children).
