Role Overview and Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new Premier customers through networking, referrals, and market presence, conducting external meetings and achieving lead conversion targets within agreed service levels.
  • Enhance portfolio value by maintaining regular, structured customer interactions, fostering deeper engagement, and promoting long-term relationship retention through advisory conversations.
  • Offer tailored wealth and lending products to address client needs and meet Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets, including investments, insurance, and lending solutions either directly or via referrals, adhering to delegated authority policies.
  • Ensure high standards of Premier service and manage complaint resolution promptly and diplomatically, maintaining records and addressing root causes proactively.
  • Maintain precise and updated customer records, facilitating effective utilization of service channels such as Premier Support Centre and digital platforms, while safeguarding service quality.
  • Uphold strong compliance, risk management, and control measures including timely completion of KYC/CDD, conformity with financial and regulatory requirements, handling alerts within service standards, and ensuring data security and confidentiality.

Candidate Requirements

  • A graduate degree combined with relevant sales and service experience in financial services.
  • Proven ability to cultivate relationships with high net worth and affluent clients.
  • Experience providing sales and service through multiple channels including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial markets and wealth products such as investments and insurance.
  • Demonstrated success in devising and implementing sales strategies and achieving set targets.
  • Preferably holds professional financial certifications such as CISI or equivalent.
  • Understanding of HSBC Group operations and cross-business functions is advantageous.
  • Excellent selling and presentation skills focused on wealth, insurance, and investment solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, adept at influencing and building relationships remotely.
