PowerPoint Specialist (Remote)

About the Role

YO IT Consulting is seeking a skilled PowerPoint Specialist for a remote contract position, involving advanced scenario design and analysis for business documentation. You will work closely with state-of-the-art AI tools and simulate Fortune 500-level business situations requiring deep expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Main Responsibilities

• Devise and implement authentic, multifaceted business scenarios that mirror real-life tasks using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word—especially as they occur within large enterprise contexts.
• Engage in interactive sessions with a sophisticated language model (LLM), including initiating conversations, refining Office Open XML files (with a focus on .pptx), and assisting with creation and edits.
• Evaluate paired outputs generated by LLMs, judging quality and effectiveness to determine the stronger deliverable.
• Craft detailed prompts and assignments intended to challenge both traditional workflow and AI capabilities, leveraging business insight and practical experience.
• Participate in a four-phase dialogue loop with the LLM, detailing feedback, and making selections after each exchange.
• Record insights and devise strategic recommendations to optimize LLM performance on authentic business document creation and handling.
• Apply intricate knowledge across cross-disciplinary business functions—such as reporting, presentations, analysis, and proposals—tailored to diverse industries.

Preferred Qualifications & Requirements

• At least 3 years of progressive experience in high-profile environments like Fortune 500 firms or leading consulting practices.
• Expertise in creating and assessing advanced PowerPoint presentations, with deep working knowledge of Excel and Word for business documentation.
• Proven background designing business scenarios and workflows—especially for executive-level reporting and comprehensive presentations.
• Experience spanning diverse industries such as finance, healthcare, consulting, technology, or retail, with proficiency across multiple business functions like strategy, operations, sales, marketing, finance, or HR.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver actionable, clear feedback in structured formats.
• Prior exposure to large language models or conversational AI technology is highly desirable.
• Professionals with titles like private equity associate, investment banking analyst, consultant, FP&A analyst, HR expert, or marketing strategist are particularly well-suited.
