About the Role
Join as a delivery associate within the Leipzig delivery districts, contributing to efficient postal and parcel distribution.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage of 17.20 € under collective agreement (effective hourly wage approx. 17.92 €), amounting to around 2,911 € monthly including prorated 13th monthly salary
- Additional pro-rated Christmas bonus paid in November
- Vacation bonus up to 332 €
- Annual paid leave ranging from 27 to 32 days
- Immediate start possible on a fixed-term full-time basis with 38.5 hours per week
- Potential for permanent employment contract

Key Responsibilities
- Organize and deliver mail and parcel shipments using provided tools and aids
- Delivery operations on five working days each week, Monday through Saturday
- Handling items averaging under 10 kg with a maximum weight of 31.5 kg
- Utilize company vehicles for deliveries, including fully electric vehicles
Candidate Profile
- Possess a valid driving license class B and be a confident driver
- Effective communication skills in German language, at least at B2 level
- Physically resilient with ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Dependable, dedicated, and hardworking with a strong work ethic
