Portfolio Manager - Cloud Strategy & Transformation

About the Role

Capgemini Invent's Business Technology team is dedicated to accelerating cloud-enabled transformation for CIOs and technology leaders. The Cloud Strategy & Transformation portfolio focuses on cloud strategy, operating models, FinOps, DevOps, Developer Experience, and cloud value realization.

We are searching for a seasoned Portfolio Manager to lead and expand our Cloud Strategy & Transformation practice within Business Technology. The position demands extensive consulting expertise, deep knowledge of cloud transformation, and the ability to engage senior client leaders to drive cloud-focused business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and expand the Cloud Strategy & Transformation portfolio, overseeing a team of over 30 consultants and engineers.
• Provide strategic advice to CIOs, CTOs, Cloud leaders, and Platform leaders on cloud strategy, governance, operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
• Manage consulting projects related to Cloud Strategy, FinOps, DevOps, Developer Experience, and Cloud Governance.
• Create offerings, thought leadership content, go-to-market assets, and reusable consulting tools.
• Support client engagements, proposals, global RFP responses, and opportunity development.
• Work alongside global and regional teams to deliver superior cloud transformation projects.
• Mentor consulting professionals and enhance cloud advisory capabilities within the team.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 15 years of consulting experience, with strong background in cloud strategy, transformation, or advisory services.
• Demonstrated ability leading consulting workstreams, managing client relationships, and driving portfolio growth.
• MBA or equivalent consulting experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Cloud Strategy & Transformation, Cloud Operating Models, Governance, FinOps, Cloud Economics, DevOps, Platform Engineering, Developer Experience, and Service Transformation.
• Skilled in executive stakeholder management, business development, pre-sales, and proposal support.
