Job Overview

Join Access Warehousing Private Limited as a Picker / Packer at our Bengaluru facility. This position involves selecting and packing products with precision while maintaining operational standards and safety protocols.

Key Duties

• Accurately pick items from designated bins or racks using handheld scanners or barcode systems.
• Confirm product details including quantity, barcode, and expiry dates prior to picking.
• Handle all products carefully to avoid damage during selection and packaging.
• Meet set targets for accuracy and productivity in daily operations.
• Adhere to FIFO (First In First Out) and FEFO (First Expired First Out) inventory management rules where applicable.
• Promptly report any discrepancies such as damaged, missing, expired, or mismatched goods.
• Securely pack products following established packing instructions.
• Verify correct items and quantities before sealing the orders for dispatch.
• Carry out quality inspections before handing over orders for delivery.
• Accurately separate orders for proper shipping and distribution.
• Maintain orderly and clean packing areas to ensure efficiency and safety.

General Responsibilities

• Comply with company policies, standard operating procedures, safety rules, hygiene practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrate punctuality and discipline throughout assigned shifts.
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and contribute to operational processes as required.
• Collaborate with store managers, team leads, and other operational staff effectively.
• Ensure correct usage and upkeep of company equipment and resources.
• Keep the workplace safe and tidy.
• Immediately report any issues related to operations, systems, or process deviations to supervisors.
