About the Role
We are urgently hiring for the position of Order Picker & Packer at Blinkit, an online grocery company based in Bhubaneswar. This role focuses on warehouse operations such as storing, packing, and dispatching orders efficiently and accurately.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse tasks involving storage, packing, and dispatch of items.
- Utilize space effectively and optimize workflow processes.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols within the warehouse environment.
- Maintain precise inventory and stock records.
Eligibility Criteria
- Male candidates aged between 18 and 30 years.
- Open to both freshers and those with prior experience.
Work Shifts
- Morning shift: 6 AM to 3 PM
- Afternoon shift: 3 PM to 12 AM
- Night shift: 11 PM to 8 AM (on a weekly rotation basis)
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary of ₹17,000 CTC
- Attendance bonus of ₹1,000
- Additional performance incentives
