• Oversee patient appointment booking and registration workflows in an efficient and organized manner.
• Handle medical insurance administration and related support activities accurately.
• Take responsibility for billing processes and cash balancing activities.

Education requirements

A completed secondary education through Grade 12 is required. A tertiary diploma or bachelor’s degree is preferred, especially in medical science, finance, or accounting.

Experience requirements

Candidates should have 2 to 3 years of experience in a customer service role, ideally within healthcare. Prior exposure to a contact centre or healthcare setting is an advantage.

Skills and knowledge

• Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
• Experience with CRM systems
• Understanding of hospital information systems
• Familiarity with company policies and emergency codes
• Knowledge of medical insurance terms and procedures
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and common healthcare processes
• Good numerical ability
• Ability to manage patient scheduling and registration
