Partnerships Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Referral Partnerships Lead to join our team remotely on a full-time contract basis. The position involves commitment of 10 to 40 hours per week, offering an hourly compensation between $30 and $50. This role focuses on developing and expanding a referral partner program to generate leads for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard individual contributors as well as small lead-generation entities into our referral program.
• Establish and grow a layered referral network that effectively drives lead generation.
• Strategize outreach initiatives aimed at attracting high-potential referral partners.
• Educate partners about referral procedures, incentives, and best practices to maximize engagement.
• Oversee partner onboarding, activation, continuous engagement, and communication processes.
• Tailor and administer customized referral fee arrangements when necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Background in partnerships, affiliate marketing, referral programs, community development, business development, or growth driven by networks.
• Demonstrated capability to recruit, activate, and manage external referral partners successfully.
• Exceptional skills in building relationships and communicating effectively.
• Experience managing incentive or performance-based partner systems.
• Proficiency in initiating outbound outreach and acquiring new partners.
