About The Team
The Partner Support group collaborates closely with real estate professionals and internal partners to offer expert guidance on Zillow's platform, aiming to enhance client satisfaction. Team members address technical challenges, billing questions, and provide education on products through multiple communication channels including inbound/outbound calls, chat, and emails. Support is available Monday through Friday from 5 am to 5 pm PST, and on weekends from 6:30 am to 5 pm PST.

The primary goal is to proactively understand customer needs and provide exceptional support to become a vital part of our Partners’ business success.
Role Overview
- Deliver exemplary support to Zillow’s Partners and real estate professionals, helping to foster and grow their businesses.
- Engage with real estate clients daily, resolving inquiries with integrity and excellent customer service.
- Act as subject matter experts regarding Zillow’s products, aiming to resolve most partner inquiries upon first contact.
- Maintain flexible working hours including availability on weekends.
Work Setting
This is a remote role where employees work independently from a location of their choosing within the U.S., subject to certain state restrictions.
Compensation Details
Hourly pay differs by location: In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington State, and Washington DC, the wage ranges from $21.60 to $34.60 per hour. For Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia, it ranges from $20.60 to $32.80 hourly. Compensation also includes potential equity awards dependent on experience, performance, and location. Salaries comply with the minimum wage laws applicable to each employee’s state.
Candidate Profile
- Prefers 1-2 years experience in a contact center or remote work environment.
- 1-2 years in customer-facing roles with a strong customer-first mindset.
- Proven history of achieving or exceeding performance goals.
- Skilled at handling high volumes of diverse customer inquiries across calls, chat, and email efficiently.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities during customer interactions.
Work Environment Requirements
- A dedicated, quiet workspace suitable for taking calls without distractions.
- Reliable internet service provider (ISP); hotspot connections disallowed.
- Internet bandwidth sufficient to operate multiple tools and platforms concurrently.
- Use of ethernet wired connection for stability.
