This role requires up to 50% travel across the United States, and candidates must reside within an hour of a major airport. Currently, applicants must live in one of these states: CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, OK, OR, PA, RI, TX, UT, or WA. Expansion to more states is planned in the future.
Role Overview
As a Partner Implementation Specialist, you will spearhead the onboarding of clinics onto the Adoreal platform, acting as the primary contact and ensuring a structured, smooth implementation. This position requires managing projects, coordinating between internal and clinic teams, assisting with software configuration, digitizing workflows, migrating data, and providing comprehensive training.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as the key liaison between Adoreal and clinics during onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to facilitate data migration from existing clinic systems.
- Organize clinic data to fit Adoreal's analytics standards.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of Adoreal's EMR and CRM systems.
- Manage timelines, monitor milestones, deliverables, and interdependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts involving technical, CRM, training teams, and clinic stakeholders.
- Identify and communicate risks promptly, resolving issues effectively.
- Conduct training sessions and onboarding support for clinic teams to ensure smooth technology adoption.
- Create and deliver comprehensive training materials, onboarding documentation, and resource guides.
- Monitor system adoption after go-live and manage ongoing support requests.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in healthcare onboarding, software implementation, or project coordination, preferably with smaller or growing EMR/EHR companies rather than large hospital systems.
- Practical experience with implementing and supporting EMR and CRM platforms in outpatient or ambulatory healthcare settings such as private practices and specialty clinics.
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple onboarding or implementation projects from start to finish within small, agile teams.
- In-depth knowledge of ambulatory healthcare workflows, including patient intake, documentation, billing, scheduling, and HIPAA compliance.
- Experience training clinical and administrative personnel in outpatient environments and independently developing training materials and guides.
- Ensure all implementations meet legal and regulatory requirements, particularly around data privacy and access controls.
