Role Overview

The Part Time Sales Trainer specialized in the Automotive Domain will create and execute dynamic sales training programs for learners at Edoxi's onsite Doha campus. Responsibilities include developing training content, conducting classroom sessions and workshops, and using practical exercises to enhance sales proficiency. The role demands evaluating learner outcomes, offering constructive feedback, and revising the curriculum in line with participant needs and market shifts. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to ensure training aligns with company objectives and to stay current on modern sales and customer engagement strategies. This is a full-time position based in Doha, Qatar.

Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in designing sales training programs and delivering instructor-led sessions.
• Strong presentation skills for conducting engaging workshops and classroom demonstrations.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities to interact effectively with learners and model professional client interactions.
• Capability to assess training effectiveness, provide constructive feedback, and modify content as needed.
• Preferred bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields alongside relevant experience in sales training or corporate learning.
• Flexibility to work on-site in Doha, manage part-time schedules, and collaborate with culturally diverse teams; experience in educational or training environments is an added advantage.
