Role Overview

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the selected candidate will manage the weekly payroll processing using the Employment Hero system. The role encourages identifying and applying enhancements to payroll workflows, aiming to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute payroll tasks in a varied and dynamic marine and hospitality setting.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries, offering support and assistance.
• Drive initiatives to optimize payroll procedures and operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the Employment Hero HR/payroll platform for system updates and improving processes.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and staff, promoting a seamless user experience with payroll operations.

Candidate Requirements

• At least three years of proven experience in payroll officer or comparable roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in payroll processing and adherence to financial regulatory standards.

Additional Information
