Painter

Overview

This Painter position requires working directly onsite at various locations. The environment includes outdoor settings, underground areas, work at heights, and the presence of odors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces before painting
• Repair cracks and holes on surfaces
• Mix paint to achieve the required color and texture
• Provide guidance to clients on color selection and wall coverings
• Apply paint, wallpapers, and other finishes to both interior and exterior surfaces
• Estimate material needs and associated costs

Requirements

• Completion of secondary (high) school education
• No previous experience necessary; training will be provided
• Valid driver's license for transportation and travel between sites
• Ability to distinguish colors with attention to detail
• Physical capability to bend, crouch, kneel, and perform physically demanding work
• Able to handle weights up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
