Job description
Position Overview
The PAD Attendant is tasked with cleaning and maintaining assigned public spaces to meet the cleanliness standards defined by management. The goal is to provide guests with a safe, comfortable, and visually appealing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean, sanitize, and service designated public areas such as the lobby, casino, elevators, restrooms, and other communal spaces.
- Perform floor maintenance including sweeping, mopping, sealing, waxing, polishing, shampooing carpets, and vacuuming hallways and offices.
- Empty ashtrays and remove trash from assigned locations, disposing of waste appropriately.
- Follow prescribed procedures for cleaning agents and equipment.
- Maintain supplies in an organized and orderly fashion.
- Attend daily briefing meetings at the start of each shift.
- Deliver courteous, friendly, and exceptional service to guests and colleagues to differentiate the company from competitors.
- Report any guest-related complaints to the manager on duty immediately.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of company and departmental rules and regulations.
- Uphold positive guest relations by providing prompt and efficient service.
- Additional temporary or permanent duties may be assigned as necessary.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well independently and collaboratively with other team members, departments, guests, and management.
- Skills in promoting effective work relationships and presenting a professional, confident, and well-groomed appearance.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations regarding cleaning operations, including OSHA standards.
- Capability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to operate effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Physical Demands
The role demands standing regularly and using hands to handle tools and controls. Frequent reaching, talking, and hearing are required. Vision capabilities include close and peripheral vision. The attendant must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly, 50 pounds frequently, and up to 100 pounds occasionally. Physical activities include pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, stooping, stacking, crouching, kneeling, and balancing within various workspaces including confined areas.
Work Environment
The work setting usually features a moderate noise level. Employees may occasionally be exposed to unrestricted secondhand tobacco smoke. Reasonable accommodations may be provided for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Compensation is competitive, with salary commensurate to the candidate's skills and experience. The hourly pay rate is $26.16.
