Role Overview
The Packaging Manager will oversee the quality assurance and testing for packaging materials, working to ensure that standards are met and that client requirements are fulfilled. The position will also be responsible for maintaining thorough documentation and addressing client concerns regarding packaging quality.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct tests on all packaging materials produced to guarantee compliance with required specifications.
- Document the results of all packaging tests daily, ensuring repositories are accurate and up to date.
- Prepare comprehensive test reports as per client demands and project needs.
- Respond to and resolve client complaints related to packaging quality, conducting root cause analysis as necessary.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to implement corrective actions based on feedback.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Demonstrated professional experience specifically within the flexible packaging industry is essential.
