Role Overview

Fifty5Blue has secured the contract to provide Television Audience Measurement (TAM) services in the Republic of Ireland starting January 2028. This entails establishing a comprehensive new panel to monitor television viewing across Ireland using cutting-edge metering technology combined with robust backend systems to deliver accurate, daily audience data.

The Operations Project Manager will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of the TAM Ireland initiative. The incumbent will oversee the operation and timely delivery of the TAM Ireland panel, aligning activities with the company's strategic objectives and ensuring seamless coordination among key stakeholders. Key responsibilities include maintaining budget adherence, managing communications between commercial, IT, product, and engineering functions, and guaranteeing project deliverables meet stringent quality and timeline standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, IT, and Product teams to maintain and update a comprehensive project plan.
• Establish and foster consistent teamwork aligned with the strategic vision of the TAM Ireland project.
• Set and drive achievement of short and long-term targets relating to stakeholder satisfaction, safety, quality, and team efficiency.
• Evaluate project performance to identify strengths and areas needing enhancements.
• Implement necessary changes and interventions to meet project objectives.
• Conduct meetings with partners to address issues, communicate decisions clearly, and lead regular TAM Ireland Ops Project meetings.
• Provide detailed and timely project status updates throughout the project life cycle.
• Identify and escalate risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions to senior management as necessary.
• Lead project initiation and oversee implementation of validated processes.
• Manage budget oversight, coordinate financial planning, and ensure the project remains within budget constraints.
• Develop and implement performance evaluation strategies and drive continuous improvements.
• Apply principles of change management, risk management, and resource allocation where applicable.
• Monitor progress via management reports and resolve emerging challenges.
• Collaborate with continuous improvement agents and relevant stakeholders to embed process enhancements and optimize operations.
• Ensure all project activities comply with legal regulations and internal policies.
• Keep senior leadership informed with accurate reporting and presentations.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and according to specifications with meticulous record-keeping and risk management.
• Strong interpersonal abilities, demonstrating sensitivity, fairness, and respect aligned with diversity and inclusion principles.
• Ability to delegate effectively and provide supportive guidance to team members.
• Experience in people management, motivating teams to meet or exceed goals.
• Self-driven initiative in ownership of tasks, problem-solving, and suggesting improvements.
• Possession of a recognized project management certification such as PRINCE2 or PMP.
• Highly organized with a focus on change management and innovation.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving aptitude, and decisive decision-making capabilities.

Additional Information

This is a full-time permanent position based in Dublin, Ireland, with a hybrid working model requiring at least two days per week onsite. Candidates must have the legal right to live and work permanently in Ireland without visa sponsorship requirements.
