Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities across several engineering projects simultaneously.
• Formulate comprehensive execution strategies while managing resources, procurement, and logistics to ensure smooth project flow.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and outputs to maintain alignment with goals.
• Direct and coordinate work with subcontractors, suppliers, and diverse teams involved in the projects.
• Guarantee adherence to health, safety, environment (HSE) standards, quality controls, and contractual obligations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related field; possession of PMP certification is considered a plus.
• At least 12 years of experience in operational or project management roles, preferably within engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong expertise in procurement, logistics, and delivering projects effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership managing multidisciplinary teams successfully.
