Role Overview

The Operations Manager position is a full-time, on-site role located in Sydney, NSW, responsible for supervising daily operational tasks to guarantee the dependable and efficient distribution of solar products and services. This role involves managing warehouse and logistics operations including inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping coordination, and nurturing supplier connections, all while upholding strict standards for safety and quality. Leadership of the operations team, process enhancement, and performance monitoring to improve workflows and aid business expansion are key responsibilities. The manager will work closely with sales, customer service, and finance departments to align operations with customer demands, oversee budgets, and advance strategic goals. Proactively addressing operational risks, resolving issues, and driving ongoing improvements in a fast-moving renewable energy sector are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational activities within warehousing and logistics to ensure smooth and reliable product delivery.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities including team supervision and cultivating a safety-conscious environment.
• Skilled in cross-team collaboration with sales, customer service, and finance professionals.
• Strong organizational, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for managing stakeholders and resolving conflicts.
