Position Overview

The Operations Leader at Sephora Nashville will play a crucial role in managing operational excellence within the store environment. This role involves overseeing all activities that ensure the store functions efficiently while providing an outstanding experience for clients. The ideal candidate will lead the operations team and manage inventory, merchandising, and coaching efforts to maintain high performance standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Directly influence store success by managing inventory processes, including replenishment, order fulfillment, and adherence to operational standards.
• Lead visual merchandising efforts, organize promotional events, and ensure store upkeep to maintain Sephora's brand image and drive sales.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver superior client service and contribute to meeting store objectives.
• Coach, train, and develop team members in operations, sales techniques, performance metrics, and company programs.
• Encourage a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, fostering an environment where all staff feel empowered.
• Ensure compliance with Sephora policies to provide a secure and pleasant shopping environment.

Scheduling Expectations

• Commit to a minimum number of weekly hours, ranging between 30 to 40 hours per week.
• Availability during peak retail periods, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
• Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.

Candidate Qualifications

• At least two years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality settings.
• Proven skills in team leadership, coaching, and development to achieve objectives.

Compensation and Benefits
