Role Summary

The Operations Associate serves as the essential operational support for our internal systems. You will be responsible for managing system access, administering CRM software, documenting workflows, and making sure that different teams have the tools and information needed for smooth operations. This role is proactive and involves significant ownership; you will collaborate extensively with marketing, sales, program delivery, and people operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily administration and support of platforms including Go-High Level, Monday.com, Zapier, BambooHR, Zoom, and Trainual.
  • Handling user access management such as onboarding new users, role updates, and offboarding processes.
  • Identifying and troubleshooting basic technical issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintaining CRM data quality through contact organization, maintaining pipeline hygiene, tagging, and workflow management.
  • Monitoring data consistency across platforms and proactively addressing irregularities.
  • Developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for workflows and systems.
  • Ensuring documentation remains current and aligned with company changes.
